Synopsis:
"You want to come back now? It's too early to tell. You can still make it there."
Act, a young man with an extraordinary ability to detect and nurture hidden talents, was once unjustly banished from his guild by a short-sighted guild master. Undeterred, Act founded his own guild—The Gem of Heavenly Gift—and rose to become its guildmaster.
In his unique way, Act began expelling members from his new guild. But far from heartless abandonment, each "banishment" was a carefully arranged opportunity: "Blacksmithing skills are unnecessary in the Adventurer's Guild. Get out. I've prepared a post for you as the deputy head of the Blacksmith's Guild, so you can do your best there."
