They were round and looked a bit like insect eggs.
"Awaken, Four Insect Kings!"
At Jacky's command, the giant insect eggs began to hatch.
Four enormous insects appeared, towering over them.
A stag beetle.
A mantis.
A grasshopper.
And a rhinoceros beetle.
"These are the Insect Kings, filled with the power of the Four Kings! Each one is as strong as a top-class demon! How about that!"
But in front of these strange insects, Higami and the others showed no signs of fear.
"W-What's with that calm attitude!?"
Higami strangely felt no fear.
It made sense; a stronger Hero party was right beside them.
"No matter how big they are, they're just bugs. Let's do this, you guys!"
"Yes, Lady Higami!"
Higami and Suigetsu drew their swords.
Nikkou and Mokuren readied their staffs.
Domon put on his gauntlets.
Pure hostility shone in their eyes.
"I don't like it... I'll paint those annoying eyes with fear! Insect Kings!"
The first to move was the giant rhinoceros beetle, so big it looked like a mountain.
The Great Mountain Rhinoceros Beetle.
It was literally as big as a mountain and had surprising agility for its massive size.
It charged at the Heroes with incredible speed.
It's not just a bull's charge; it's a slam with overwhelming power hidden inside.
"Domon, take it!"
"Got it! Nngh!"
Domon spread his arms wide and lowered his hips.
"Do you really think you can take it? Useless...! Do you think you can lift a mountain?"
"That's impossible for me."
The giant rhinoceros beetle tried to crush Domon to death.
The ground shook violently, and a massive shockwave made it impossible to stand.
The ground and trees were torn up, and the dust made the visibility poor.
"Haha! You fools, you're all just bugs!"
"I don't think so."
"Wha, what is this!?"
Jacky widened his eyes, witnessing an unbelievable sight.
A frail human was holding back the mountain-like beetle with just his two hands.
"Ah, aaah, it can't be! To hold back that mass!?"
"I may not be like Sir Lawrence, but I've trained too... to become a wall, to protect Lady Higami and my friends!"
"Grr...! Hey, beetle! What are you doing!? Squash that guy!"
But the beetle didn't even budge.
It wasn't ignoring the command.
It was being held down by a fearsome power.
"Domon. Squash that insect."
"Understood!"
Domon dropped his hips and lifted one foot high into the sky.
"Enchant Element!"
He stamped down hard on the ground with force.
Thud!
The ground sank with a loud noise.
A crater formed, and the shock sent dirt and rocks flying.
"Ngh!"
Domon leaped up, and rocks began to stick to his body.
Soon he transformed into a giant made of stone.
"Enchant Element – Giant of the Earth!"
The appearance of the giant, surpassing the beetle, left both Jacky and the beetle itself in shock.
The giant stepped on the beetle.
At the same time, the body of the stone giant turned red.
Inside the rocks, the fierce energy of the earth exploded.
It caused a massive explosion, reminiscent of a volcanic eruption.
Left behind was Domon, unscathed.
The beetle vanished without a trace.
"Enchant Element... what is that?"
"I'll teach you since you're too stupid to understand."
Higami said with a victorious smile.

Act had deciphered the Eastern legends and discovered the existence of the Enchant Element.

Jacky gritted his teeth in frustration.
"Act... Age. You're the one who will block the Demon King's path, aren't you?"
Lawrence, the Great Hero, who defeated the northern Four Heavenly Kings, Iliga.
The very person who found him and raised him as a monstrous being is Act.
"Damn it! You all! What are you doing standing there? Attack together!"
The remaining insect kings were three: the stag beetle, the mantis, and the grasshopper.

Mokuren turned into a dragon made of trees.
And Suigetsu clad herself in armor of water.

When Nikkou commanded, his wings spread wide from his back.
Countless feathers unfurled in the air, surrounding the stag beetle.
The light feathers acted like mirrors, reflecting the sun's rays.
The concentrated sunlight pierced through the beetle's body easily.
It became countless lasers, turning the stag beetle into a honeycomb.
"Forest Dragon God!"
Mokuren, now a giant dragon made of wood.
Roots sprouted from him, stabbing deep into the ground.
In that moment, the trees around them seemed to come alive, writhing like creatures.
Their roots moved swiftly, like tentacles, ensnaring the mantis's body.
Then, they sucked up its nutrients with a fierce intensity, reducing the mantis to dust.
"Ice Sword Saint."
Suigetsu was a swordsman of water.
But she had evolved, gaining the power of ice.
Unlike other swordsmen, she didn't seem to change much.
She drew her sword, then sheathed it again.
No one present could grasp what had just happened.
...Behind Suigetsu stood a cricket, encased in ice.
In the next instant, it shattered into pieces and crumbled away.
"Suigetsu, what did you just do?"
"What, I just froze time a bit-degozaru."
"Freezing time... Huh. By the way, you're also an associate of Lawrence the monster, right?"
"Stop writing 'monster' and reading it as Mr./Lord/Lord of Lawrence-degozaru."
The heroes of the Far East had calmly defeated Jacky's prized fighters.

Higami looked down at the crouching Jacky with pity.
