"Can I BEAT you up?"
"Yeah, go WILD."
Nodding, Kanaho got into a fighting stance.
WHOOSH!
A jet-black aura erupted from her tiny body.
"Whoa!? What's with this INSANE amount of MAGIC!?"
It was a torrent of magical power so immense it even stunned the Demon Dragon.
"Here I go! I'm gonna KILL you!"
"Whoa...!"
Kanaho, having enhanced her body with magic, closed the distance to Ulgar in an instant.
"Huh!?"
"Take THIS!"
Kanaho slammed a palm strike into his solar plexus.
Ulgar was sent flying backward like a ball
and slammed into the wall with a loud CRASH!
"Hah...! Huff...! Th-that was CLOSE..."
Ulgar had managed to take a defensive posture with his training spear at the last moment, so it wasn't a fatal blow.
"You're pretty GOOD! But I'm NOT done yet!"
Kanaho kicked off the ground and closed in on Ulgar.
"Gah...!"
Kicking off into the air, Ulgar retreated from the spot.
"Aww! That's CHEATING!"
"Hmph...! It's NOT cheating. This is proper combat technique. But, you wouldn't understand, you're just a kid."
"I got it!"
Kanaho, after just a glance, learned Ulgar's aerial technique and copied it.
"Wha...!?"
"Haha! This is FUN! Take this!"
Kanaho infused her fists with magic and fighting spirit and slammed them into Ulgar's body.
"GUAHHHHHHH!"
He barely managed to take a defensive stance, but the attack went through his guard and caused damage.
Ulgar crashed into the ground with a loud THUD!
Vivre stared at the floating five-year-old with a look of dread.
"Isn't that kid, like, SUPER dangerous? She's only FIVE and she's a MATCH for Mr. Ulgar... no, she's even STRONGER?"
Kanaho landed on the ground and approached Ulgar.
"D-damn it...! Take this, [THOUSAND PIERCING SPEAR]!"
Ulgar, while holding back, unleashed his ultimate technique.
A technique that simultaneously delivers a thousand strikes.
"I learned it! Thousand STRIKE!"
Understanding it in an instant as well, Kanaho unleashed a thousand strikes simultaneously.
Moreover, even though she unleashed it after Ulgar, its speed and power were completely superior.
"Hoo-gyaaahhhhhhh!"
Ulgar smashed into the training hall's ceiling while spinning like a top.
He collapsed onto the ground and fainted.

Kanaho leaped onto Ulgar's prone back and struck a victory pose.
On the other hand, Vivre stared in disbelief at the oni girl.

Former Four Heavenly Kings Deputy Officer (Vivre) was the only one who remembered it.

Act let out a sigh and approached the fallen Ulgar.
"What a DISGRACE, Ulgar. To LOSE to a girl barely out of her TEENS."
"Gguh, gnnnuu...!"
Despite the immense damage, Ulgar had already recovered.
"To think you'd be so SMUG after winning against THIS. Truly ARROGANT."
"Dammit!"
Ulgar pushed Kanaho aside.
"This time, I HELD BACK, thinking of you as a CHILD. But NEXT time, I WON'T LOSE, Kanaho!"
"Hey! I'm up for a REMATCH, anytime, Ulgar! BRING IT ON!"
Ulgar returned a salute and went towards Vivre.
"I'm heading back FIRST! I'll RUN to the NORTH WALL! You FLY over and catch up LATER!"
"Wait! Where are you GOING?!"
"TRAINING! Damn it! Watch me, I'll become STRONGER!"
BANG!
And with a kick to the ground, Ulgar shot into the sky, exceeding the speed of sound.
"Mr. Act. Mr. Ulgar, if he went ALL OUT, he would've WON, right?"
"That's RIGHT. He intentionally avoided striking vital points and the face."
Although he lost the battle, he was not serious about her.
"That SAID... Losing to Kana-Kana seems to have LIT A FIRE under Mr. Ulgar. You PLANNED this fight with that in mind, DIDN'T you?"
"Who KNOWS."
"And on top of that... by making him fight Kana-Kana, you even gave him a PREVIEW of battling the DEMON KING. As expected of you, Mr. Act."
Vivre glanced at the victorious Kanaho, watching the magical energy still rising from her body.

Acting on Vivre's advice, Act shook his head.
"Kanaho is also a crucial member of my team."

Act pulled out a Communication Magic Item and tossed it to Vivre.
"I recorded the last battle. Give it to Lawrence and the others so they can prepare properly."
"Okay. ...As expected, Mr. Act is REALLY kind."
Vivre smiled as she said that.
"You may say WHATEVER you want, but you're still LOOKING OUT for the HEROES. Truly, no wonder Mr. Lawrence and the others respect you──Guildmaster and all."
"Enough already, HURRY BACK. It's a waste of time."
She bowed her head and left the scene.
