We are now high above the Demon Lord's castle.
There are many monsters down in the castle area.

They cheer excitedly.
There are no buildings other than the Demon Lord's castle.
The land and air are polluted with the toxic mist caused by the Curse of the Ancestor.

I will become the king of this nation; I can't keep holding back any longer.
"Okay, let's make this place...[the Demon Lord's city] and build a town. First, I need to clear this toxic mist."

I clapped my hands and activated the strongest healing magic, [Hand of God].
A bright light shone around me.
It purified the sky, the earth, and the sea.
"The toxic mist is gone! To purify that much mist in an instant! As expected from the Demon Lord!"

The crowd cheered.
"It seems you cleared the toxic mist from all over the Demon Lord's land. Well done♡"
"Alright, next is leveling the ground. Cino, teleport me."
I had Cino teleport me outside the castle wall and placed both hands on the ground.
Before me lay a dry and barren wasteland...
Suddenly, whoosh!
In an instant, it turned into fertile land, with grass and other plants sprouting.
I flattened the uneven ground, using the power of [heal] to fix any cracks.
"Amazing, brother! You can even restore the land!"
"Yeah, and now for the last part!"
I gathered magic into both hands and activated [Alchemy].
In an instant, the ground rose up... spreading out was a vast city made of bricks.
Neatly arranged streets and outer walls to protect the citizens were already in place.
"W-What was that?! Amazing! A huge city appeared in no time! As expected from the Demon Lord! Unbelievable!"
Wow...!
The monsters cheered loudly.
"Phew... even after using so much magic, I don't feel exhausted at all."
"Hehe, you always had this potential, brother. No one noticed, but I did," Cino said with a smile.
"Right?" Cino smiled.
"Brother, everything will work out, right?"
"Yeah, that's right..."
When I looked back, the monsters that usually attacked us with terrifying faces were all smiling.
That's right, monsters are living beings just like us.
They have always had emotions — they can laugh, cry, and feel too.
"I'm going to do it. I'll create a country where both people and monsters can smile together."
I reached out my hand to my sister.
"Will you keep following me from now on?"
"Of course!♡"
Cino hugged me and kissed me on the cheek.

And the monster, and the earth dragon Chippy, call me.
'Don't kiss my Zeke without permission!'
'Demon Lord! Kiss me too!'
'Big brother!'
Divine Beasts and other monsters come to me.
Seeing them makes me decide.
Let's create a country unlike any other, where humans, monsters, and divine beasts can all live together in peace and with smiles.
With these two hands, I will save more and more lives.
I have that much power, so I hold my head high and decide to continue on the path of a Demon Lord.
