Chapter 120 One Hour At Night
The Ortria Kingdom has been in a war for more than 3 months now.
Inside the Empire, there's an attack... an attack?

The rule of this game of Old Maid is that whoever wins first gets to sleep with me, but if I win, we all line up in a row and the choice of where to sleep is decided in the order in which we win.
Apparently, when I'm sleeping, I tend to turn to me right side, so sleeping on my right side is the most popular.
I'm completely unaware of it myself, so I'm a little scared of Monica and the others who know my sleeping position better than I do.

But, even though everyone is engaged in a fierce dead heat, they all seem to be enjoying the competition, so I'm not that worried.

I thought it was overdramatic and petted Thea's head since she was the winner.

Thea had been losing a lot lately, so maybe this was a reaction to that?

I hug Thea's body even tighter and give her a little kiss.
While rubbing my cheek against hers, I gently pet her head and whispered in her ear while feeling dreamy.
"Good night, Thea... Sweet dreams..."
"Huh!! ~~~~!!"
For some reason, it feels like Thea's body heat suddenly went up, but I wonder why?
Well, it feels warm and nice, so maybe it's okay....
"Yumie... I thought it was my forehead like always... but on my lips... that's my first time... Fweh...!"
I can hear Thea talking to herself quietly, but it doesn't bother me at all.
In fact, it makes me feel even sleepier like a lullaby.
Listening to Thea's heartbeat, which sounds exciting and steady, I let my mind drift away.
