Volume 7 Chapter 2 A Fun Fight
Though covered in scars and only one arm, Elk did not think for a second that Scar was weak.
Elk pointed his right hand at Scarr and used Telekinesis to bind him.
Scarr's body suddenly stopped moving, but he focused his energy.
"Graah!!"
"!?"
With a loud snap, the Telekinesis was broken.
This was the first time the 'Forbidden' binding, which could only be broken by Pipina, was defeated.
Elk was shocked. But Scarr was already moving.
His shoulder twisted, and from the cut of his right arm, a lot of muscle fibers started to grow.
Those fibers gathered together to form a huge fist.
"What?!"
"'Dynamite Bazooka'!!"
The giant muscle fist flew towards Elk.
Elk dodged by moving sideways with 'Terpsichora: Telekinesis Dance.'
He ripped a lot of stone slabs from the stage and threw them at Scarr.
But Scarr swiped them away with his muscle arm and charged like a wild beast.
"Gyahhahahaha!!"
Elk focused his energy in both hands and fired a barrage of telekinetic bullets.
The bullets hit Scarr. Face, stomach, chest, legs... definitely more than ten hits, but Scarr only bled a little and didn't stop. In fact, his muscle arm grew even bigger.
"Boomberrrrr!!"
"No way!?"
He raised the giant fist high and swung it down with all his strength.
Elk tried to stop the fist with Telekinesis, but── Scarr's muscle fist easily broke through Elk's binding, crashing into the arena stage and shaking it violently.

Elk saw Scar laughing happily, and it was blinding.
This guy really enjoys fighting. Elk could feel that from Scar's fist.

This fight might be the only one where he could have fun. If he lost, he wouldn't lose anything important. The only thing he might lose is his title as the head of the security team... which he didn't really care about.
Elk nodded and spread his arms wide.

To repay Scar, Elk activated Telekinesis with all his strength.

Elk lowered his stance, placing his left hand on the ground and extending his right hand horizontally.
This was Elk's original pose. From here, he ran almost horizontally with 'Terpsichora: Telekinesis Dance' and kicked Scar's right leg with all his might.
"Whoa!?"
Scar lost his balance, so Elk grabbed Scar's left arm and jumped to deliver a knee strike to his chest.
However, Scar's chest muscles were thick, and the damage was almost nothing.
Elk clicked his tongue lightly and used Telekinesis to lift Scar and send him flying.
Scar rolled on the ground but quickly got back up.
During this time, Elk pulled out 4 huge pillars from the ground around the arena with Telekinesis and manipulated them at the same time. These pillars were originally meant to light up the arena.
But for Elk, they were giant stone columns.
"Take this!!"
"Ugh, Hmph!!"
Scar smashed one of the pillars with his right hand.
He broke the second and third ones too───... but the 4th one.
"Come on───... what!?!"
The 4th one wouldn't break.
Elk smirked, swung the pillar, and knocked Scar away from the side.
Scar crashed into the arena wall. Elk threw the pillar like a spear, trying to crush Scar.
As a final blow, he lifted the entire stage with Telekinesis, spun it around, and threw it.
BAM!! The stage crashed into the audience area, scattering debris everywhere.
"How about that...!!"
Elk stood on the ground where the stage used to be.
Then───... the stage lifted up.
"Buwaahhahaha!! Kuu, it's been years since I felt pain!? This is fun, really fun!!"
Scar was lifting the stage with his muscular arms.
He placed the stage back where it was and stood on top of it.
When Elk returned to the stage, Scar cracked his neck and laughed.
"Alright, let's continue───... Next, I'm going to get serious!"
The muscle fibers covered not just Scar's arms but his whole body.
Originally, Scar was about 3 meters (10ft) tall, but now he was over 5 meters (16ft), and his width increased too... His face changed to look like a lion, with thin muscle fibers growing from his head like hair, transforming him into a bipedal lion.
This was his 'Leo the Beast' form, where his attack and defense were at their maximum. Scar was serious now.
"Alright!! Here I goooooo!!"
On the other side, Elk pointed his right hand at Scar.
Scar dropped to all 4s, roaring like a giant lion as he charged forward.
Elk stayed still, keeping his right hand pointed, and slowly opened it.
"Gaaahhhhh!!"
"......"
Then, he tightly closed his right hand.
"───...Buh!?"
A huge amount of blood was spewed from the lion's mouth... Scar collapsed, rolling off the stage and stopping in front of Elk.
Elk unfolded his right blade and pointed it at the lion's face.
Scar's body glowed faintly for a moment, and then the muscle fibers dissolved, revealing human Scar.
"...Well, I lost."
"My win, right?"
Elk smiled while keeping the blade pointed at Scar.
Thus, the battle between Elk and Scar ended with Elk's victory.
Scar stood up, scratching his head and tilting his neck.
"What did you do? Suddenly, my chest feels tight?"
"Um... I killed someone just once. I'm sorry."
"No, no, that's fine. So, what did you do?"
"Well, 'Break Heart'... it's a technique where I crush someone's heart with telekinesis, an instant kill move."
"You crush my heart...? "
"Y-yes."
It was a technique Elk used against orcs in Emma's village.
No matter who the opponent is, if their heart is crushed, they die.
As Elk, he really didn't want to use this technique. It was one of the techniques named by Pipina.
Scar laughed loudly and patted my back hard.
"That's funny!! So funny!! Hey, old man, weren't you going to make this guy the captain of the security team?"
