After returning home, I made dinner with Ice and we all had a party together.
After taking a break and relaxing for a while, Clay stood up.
"I'm going out for a bit."
"Alright, have a good time. Where are you going?"
"I have some things to mail. It's related to our finances and stuff like that."
I looked closely at Clay's vague words and asked,
"Are you hiding something?"
"I'm not hiding anything."
"Sandra, confiscate it."
"Got it."
"Hey, that's not fair!"
Sandra quickly moved behind Clay and took the letters from him. Then she found a small envelope and handed it to me.
"'Brahma'"
I activated my second eye, the Ajna Chakra, to see the contents. I understood everything and smiled.
"Clay...I'll return this to you."
"Ugh...it's really annoying that you don't say anything..."
"Wade, tell me what's in it too."
"I'm curious too!"
Sandra and Toxy were very interested in my conversation with Clay. Ice seemed to have sensed something and smiled wryly. I said,
"It's a secret."
""Ehh~...""
I'm the type to protect privacy, so I put my index finger to my lips. Clay said, "I won't say thank you," as he took the envelope from me.
At that moment, I muttered,
"You shouldn't gossip about other people's love lives."
"...You're right. I won't say thank you, but I'll count it as a favor."
"Yeah. Make sure to return it. Maybe tonight."
"Oh, right. We did talk about that."
Clay and I exchanged a silent gesture. Then we watched his large figure walk away.
Ice approached me and asked quietly,
"Wasn't it Teres-san...? Our magic evangelist who carved our magic seals?"
"Ice knew, huh? Yeah, that's right. She's the one who carved our magic seals when we started."
I remember she was a blonde beauty, but I didn't know she was dating Clay until I heard it from him.
Clay does what Clay does, I guess. He's hardly ever home, so I'm always there unless I'm doing something adventurous.
It's comfortable here at the party house. It's not like I'm a shut-in, but I can't help but think it's nice to relax at the party house.
As I closed my eyes with those complicated feelings, Sandra came charging at my stomach.
"Oof!"
"Wade. Let's train together. I want to have a mock battle."
She clung to my stomach and looked up at me with sparkling eyes. Despite being older, I held her cheeks with both hands and said, "Alright, let's do it."
Sandra and I moved to the forest near our house.
Ice and Toxy are resting at home. They used to come see us, but they must be used to it by now. That's fine. They're almost like family, so it's best to spend time at my own pace.
"Is this good enough?"
I said, and Sandra nodded. I stretched my arms and neck lightly, and Sandra adjusted the position of her shoes by tapping the ground with her toes.
Then we stepped back from each other, exhaled, and faced each other.
We both took our stances and chanted.
"'Brahma'"
"'Indra'"
My Anahata Chakra and Ajna Chakra were activated. Sandra's Swadhisthana Chakra, the baby of the chakras, awakened.
Then we stopped for a beat―――
I heard a creaking sound.
A roar. An impact. I swung my fist at Sandra, aiming with my Ajna Chakra, at a place that should have been impossible to avoid due to the repelling force of gravity magic.
But Sandra avoided it. Her Swadhisthana Chakra. It controls Sandra's unconsciousness and protects her body.
"If I can't hit you with my Ajna Chakra, what can I hit you with?"
"To be honest, I was pretty freaked out. Normally, I can easily dodge it."
"I see, so it's somewhat effective."
As we talked, Sandra circled around behind me and muttered a curse.
"Thunderbolt."
I heard a tight, crackling sound of electricity. But it was much longer and louder than I remembered.
Lightning struck the sky.
I looked up at it head-on. This wasn't the same as Sandra's lightning from before. The bracelet I inherited from Mudi significantly boosted its power.
I witnessed it through my Ajna chakra. I activated my Anahata chakra intensely, boosting my body's ability as I raised my arm――my right arm wrapped in a gauntlet.
The lightning struck directly. I raised my right arm. But I was in a slowed-down time, where I could even see the lightning. The time perception expansion of my Ajna chakra. Ignoring the intense pain in my brain, I slammed my fist into the ground before the lightning could transfer from the gauntlet to my arm.
Then, the electric current of the lightning spread throughout the entire forest. I couldn't entirely deflect it all, and the skin around the gauntlet was black and charred, but it was just for a moment with my Anahata chakra.
"...Impressive, Wade. I didn't think you wouldn't be killed by a full-powered lightning strike even once."
"Well, I learned that discarding safety measures because 'I can die' is a bad move."
"Did you fall down before? Were you careless?"
"No, it wasn't carelessness. I lost the moment the sword was drawn."
"The Cursed Thirteen Blades of Victory are scary."
Anyway, that's how it went. A battle between yogis. I've gotten used to it in these past few days of ease, but, man, it's a pain when you're the enemy.
I should be ahead, having mastered the Ajna chakra, but I still can't reach it. I'm really at a loss for what to do.
I mean, what do you do when your automatic evasion rate is 100%?
"An opponent who won't die even if you attack with all your might, and you have to kill them hundreds of times... This is bad, I have no way to win."
Sandra seemed to be struggling with the same issues. We exchanged a look, and I couldn't help but smile wryly.
"Sandra, how can I hit you, who has the Swadhisthana chakra?"
"It won't hit. This kid won't stop moving unless it runs out of energy."
Sandra said, tapping her belly with a patty-patty motion. The Swadhisthana Chakra child was extending its hand, matching the pace of Sandra's movements.
"...it's moving pretty well, isn't it?"
"It is. You can see it? Ah, through Ajna Chakra."
"Yeah. That's right. So, are they well?"
I said, lowering myself to look at the Swadhisthana Chakra with Ajna Chakra. Then, Sandra said, looking down.
"Papa will take care of you."
"Really? So I'm the father after all?"
"Of course."
Sandra replied, as if it was a matter of course.
She handed it to me, and I touched Sandra's tense belly. When I touched it, the Swadhisthana Chakra also extended its hand to me. We both laughed, and I thought it was surprisingly childlike. I suddenly got curious.
"Is this child going to be born?"
"...i-it won't be born. That's for sure."
"Ah, yeah..."
I thought about it, but eventually, I thought, "Wait a minute." If it's not going to be born, then what's going on?
But then, my brain felt like it was buzzing, and I realized that it wasn't a spontaneous event. Chakras are built.
Then the subject is still Yogi. The Swadhisthana Chakra won't spontaneously give birth. It's Sandra who will give birth or not give birth.
"Wade?"
"Ah, yeah, I was just thinking."
I said, rubbing my forehead with my hand. I thought, and then I relied on Sandra. Sandra blushed a little and looked down at me. Then, she squatted down like me and kissed me on the face with both hands.
"Mm, uh..."
It was a passionate kiss. She put her tongue in, and I was momentarily confused, but I responded with my tongue.
Our tongues entwined. We touched each other in soft places. Sandra sought me out so urgently that I didn't even have time to breathe, and then, after a few seconds, she pulled away with a "phew."
After she pulled away, Sandra's eyes were glazed over, and she was completely turned on.
"Wade...shall we?"
"Here, now?"
"I don't care. It's spicy."
"Sandra is a carnivore, right?"
"Yeah. That's why I'll eat Wade too. Grrr."
After goofing around with a straight face, Sandra kissed me again. Then she pushed me down and loosened my clothes with one hand.
