A month had passed since the Yaboy lad arrived at Guildmaster Act's place.
At the Adventurers Guild, [Gem of Heavenly Gift].
It was bustling with people from the morning.
A new Dungeon had appeared near the Guild.
With a new Dungeon, there would be more quests like extermination and gathering.
"HEY, you're LATE!"
"HURRY up!"
A long line had formed in front of the reception counter.
The reception girls of the Gem of Heavenly Gift were all trained staff.
But today, there were particularly many people.
The staff were also confused.

In the end, the morning chaos was settled by noon.
"Thank you, Yaboy!"
The reception girls turned to Yaboy with grateful smiles.
"You're AMAZING, just like a Guildmaster!"
"Really, you made the work go SO smoothly. It's all thanks to you, Yaboy!"
Flattered by the girls, Yaboy said...
"Hehe! For real-ssu? Geez... don't make me blush!"
He was clearly enjoying himself.
"Mr. Yaboy, could you deliver these documents to the Guildmaster, please?"
"Sure, NO problem!"
"Mr. Yaboy, can you do something for me?"
"YES! I will do it!"
...Yaboy helps the reception girls, and he giggles.
(Everyone needs me...amazing! Since I started working with Mr. Act, I'm amazing! Mr. Act is awesome!)
He does small jobs very fast.
Because he is smart, he can do things very well.
(I feel good when people need me! The reception little ladies all need me...okay, I will do my best!)
Act looks down at him from the second floor of the Guild.
"As expected, Master."
Frederica comes closer and looks down at Yaboy.
"Thanks to Master's training, he can almost run the Guild by himself now."
"That's right."
"He's smart, he can do things well, and...he's honest and people like him. He's perfect as a supervisor. You knew it, didn't you?"
"Well..."
"Hehe...Master is amazing."
Soon, Yaboy finished his work and took a break.
"Hey."
"Ah! Mr. Act! Good work-ssu!"
Act points to the second floor with his chin.
"Come with me. I have something to tell you."
"Eh, really-ssu? What is it?"
Yaboy goes to the Guildmaster's room on the second floor with Act.
"Yaboy. You're FIRED."
"Wha!? Wh, wh, what do you mean-ssu!?"
Yaboy shouts with all his might.
But Act and Frederica are calm.
"You're not NEEDED anymore."
"NO way! I was just getting used to this job...ugh...well, if I can't, I can't-ssu."
Yaboy nods.
Frederica says, surprised.
"He changes his mind quickly."
"That's one of his talents. Hey, give it to him."
Frederica nods and gives a file to Yaboy.
"What is this?"
"It's your next job."
"Next...? Hey, a job... Huh? Didn't I get FIRED?"
"Master will prepare your next job and kick you out."
"Haa... So, my next job... is [Gem of Heavenly Gift Royal Capital Branch Manager]... Branch Manager!?"
Frederica looks unhappy.
Act says it calmly without frowning.
"You have learned how to lead and command. Go to the branch in Royal Capital and command your subordinates."
"B-but, Branch Manager! I-I've only been here for a month-ssu? Is it okay to leave it to a young guy like me?"
"Age doesn't matter. I only look at ability, whether you can do the job. You can do it."
"I, me... the Branch Manager of the Adventurers Guild in Royal Capital..."

Act grins.
