"You're finally going to make Sister your wife!"

The guild members make a big fuss, shouting "WOW, WOW!"

The receptionist, Katrina, comes to us with tears streaming down her face, crying heavily.
"I... I want to... w-w-wish... sniff, waaaahhh!"
She shoves the bouquet into my hands and runs away.
"Guildmaster♡"
"Now it's Rozelia's turn. YOU too?"
The red-haired S-Rank Adventurer, Rozelia, approaches with a smile.
"YES, here you go...♡"
She hands me a massive bouquet of bright red roses.
"It's sad I can't be by your side... But your happiness is what matters most to me, Guildmaster♡"
"NO, wait, that's not..."
Just then,
"WOOOOOAAAHHH! Act──────!"
CRASH!
A big guy crashes through the window.
"Lawrence!"
Hero Lawrence lands in front of me with a smile.
"I heard the news! CONGRATULATIONS on your wedding!"
...How did it get to be that I'm getting married?
"Oh my, Guildmaster~. You're being so sneaky~!"
Ulgar, the silver-haired spear user from the Hero Party, enters through the door.
"If you're getting married, you should have told me, Ulgar!"
He holds a white bouquet in his hand.
The rest of the Hero Party is also carrying gifts and flowers.
"It's a CELEBRATION! It's a CELEBRATION! WOW, it's a CELEBRATION!"
It seems this GOOD-FOR-NOTHING DOG has spread the news about my engagement everywhere.
As it spread from person to person, the story turned into me marrying Frederica.
"YOU ALL ARE TOO NOISY."
When I said that, all the guild members turned their attention to me at once.
"It's not like I actually got married to this GOOD-FOR-NOTHING DOG."
"Huh...?"
The Guild Members stare blankly.
"What... is it a LIE?" "But the Guildmaster wouldn't LIE..." "Did the big sister JUMP the gun...?" "That could be POSSIBLE..."
They nod as if they understand.
"What is that SATISFIED face?!"
"Well, you know, when she gets an idea, she just runs with it!"
Frederica sighs, her face turning red in front of the smiling Guild Members.
"I-I admit, I may have jumped the gun a LITTLE... but! The engagement is REAL! RIGHT, MASTER?!"
The dog looks at me with its deep purple eyes.
I respond like this.
"Well, who KNOWS?"

That night.
"YOU'RE SO MEAN, MASTER..."
Frederica visits my room.
With her dog ears drooping, she playfully taps my arm with her tail.
We sit side by side on the bed.
"Why didn't you just AGREE?"
"Because it would cause UNNECESSARY confusion, you FOOL."
Today, it really caused a stir in the Guild.
Important people, including Edward Crown Prince, kept coming to the Guild, and it was a MESS.
"Don't bring this up until things COOL DOWN. Got it?"
"...YOU'RE SO MEAN, MASTER. It's okay to show off a LITTLE happiness."

Frederica nuzzles against my chest.
I pet her head with one hand.
Seriously, this dog is SO MUCH WORK.
"By the way, MASTER. I thought of NAMES for our children."
"Children... Isn't that a BIT too soon?"
"NOT at all! If we decide suddenly, I won't think of GOOD names. We need to think AHEAD!"
What a hassle...
"What's the NAME?"
Frederica smiled broadly and pulled out a paper from her pocket.
Scrawled on it were COUNTLESS names.
"You've got TOO MUCH TIME on your hands."
"If it's a BOY, I was thinking Alto. For a GIRL... Henrietta, perhaps."
"Alto and Henrietta..."
I crumpled the paper and placed it on Frederica's head.
"If you want this to happen, you BETTER serve me even MORE. Got it?"
Frederica let out a "Pah..." and laughed even harder, nodding over and over.
"Of course, my MASTER... I mean, DEAR♡"
