"No way."
"But..."
Sigh, Act let out a heavy breath.
"You're so stubborn."
"We're even, right? My body... is begging for you."
Her breathing was quick, her heart pounding so hard it wouldn't stop.
She had a WILD urge to push him down and take him in her body right now.
A stunning beauty, nked and full, begging to be held... and yet...
Act showed no sign he would make a move.
"Why, Master? Why won't you hold me?"
"Because you are one of my important subordinates."
"So you don't see me as a woman?"
"No."
He treated all his subordinates equally and with care.
Many followed him because of his noble spirit.
Frederica was one of them.
But she didn't want to just follow behind; she wanted to stand by his side.
"You can depend on me, even ask for favors. But I will not share a bed with you."
She understood.
He was the leader of the group.
No one was allowed to love just one person.
Because love was given equally, there were no fights or troubles in the Gem of Heavenly Gift.
If one exception was made, it would grow into a huge fire and burn everything down.
That's how many people liked and loved Act.
"I'm sorry, I was too selfish. Forgive me... ah."
Act hugged Frederica from the front.
Her eyes closed, she gave her body to her beloved master.
"I can't stop. I must live out my ideal."
In his mind, a world where the weak are not crushed.
A dream world where powerless humans are wiped out and everyone shares happiness equally.
...A fantasy, something too impossible to really happen.
He sacrificed many things to make it real.
"What I want is far, far away."
"So... you give up normal happiness."
Falling in love with a woman, marrying, and having a family...
That ordinary future was something he could have had.
But if he chooses that path, he will never reach the future he wants.
"I understand... I will respect your wish. But... but, Master,"
Frederica pushed him down and straddled his stomach.
Then she leaned forward, getting on all 4s over him.
Frederica's beautiful face was right in front of Act, her deep purple eyes burning with heat.
"I want you to live a long life. It hurts to watch you keep hurting yourself for others and pushing forward."
She moved closer and kissed him.
"Let me carry some of the heavy burden you bear... I am your partner, after all."
She kissed him again.
They shared a long, sweet kiss, then pulled apart.
"I understand."
Act got up and stood before her.
"I promise. I will make my dream come true. When that time comes... please walk life with me, Frederica."
"M-master..."
Her voice shook.
He asked her to walk beside him...
Which meant...
"A-a, a proposal...?"
"Don't get the wrong idea. I said after I make my dream real."
"Master's acting all cuteeeeee!?"
"...Noisy one."
With a bounce, Frederica jumped up and hugged Act tightly.
Her dog ears and tail wagged wildly like they'd almost fly off.
"Finally! Finally, I broke through Master's tough shell!"
"I told you, that's a later story."
"But, but! You promised! You said you'd marry me after everything is done!"
"Yeah... once I finish it all."
Frederica's mind was flooded with pure happiness.
"Master, Master, Master♡"
She hugged him tight.
"I'll wait forever. Even when you're an old, wrinkled man... I'll wait forever for the day you keep your promise!"
Act let out a small sigh... then smiled, really small but real.
"You're a patient one, aren't you."
"Yes, because I am your loyal dog!"
And so, the Villainous Guildmaster made a promise with his demon maid.
The day when he achieves his dream and the two of them are united is not far away.
