His personality is serious, wise, and rational.
However, when faced with a Reincarnator, he transforms into a merciless and ruthless character.
His weapons are a one-handed sword and a shield.
The blade of the sword features a treatment that suppresses its black sheen.
He loses his family and hometown during the Aldra Rebellion.
[Rize Howell]
A 22-year-old female Holy Knight.
She is serious and has a strong competitive spirit.
Though she suffers a disastrous defeat in a sparring match against Rai, her spirit catches Rai's attention.
[Curtis]
A 36-year-old priest.
His personality is quite reasonable.
He is the superior of the Purge Knights, known as the special duty priest.
He struggles greatly dealing with the troublesome Purge Knights.
[Saint Stella]
A 17-year-old saint.
She is a hedonist and secretive, effectively the leader of the Holy Church.
Though blind, she seems able to perceive other things, behaving no differently than a sighted person.
Rai is her favorite.
[Aslan Aldabaran]
A 64-year-old male.
He is ranked 4th among the Purge Knights, the oldest Purge Knight in history.
His personality is strict, yet he has a somewhat lenient side.
During the Aldra Rebellion, he protects Rai and takes him as a disciple.
However, he regrets turning Rai into a Purge Knight and keeps his distance for several years.
His weapons are a one-handed sword and a shield.
[Leone Godwin]
A 26-year-old female.
She is ranked 5th among the Purge Knights, the only female member.
Her personality is bright and positive, but she leans too heavily on the church's teachings, showing a precarious side that can spiral out of control.
Her weapon is a pair of axes.
She is not well-regarded by the Saint.
The fastest Purge Knight around.
[Alfonso Gladstone]
A 27-year-old male.
He is ranked 3rd among the Purge Knights.
His personality is not straightforward but he is kind-hearted and caring.
Among the Purge Knights, he is exceptionally stable in personality.
He calls himself the weakest Purge Knight.
According to the Saint, he is the trump card.
Only under specific conditions will true value be realized.
Because of this, the rate of staying behind is high, and within the group, they call him a slacker.
[Sister Dina]
29 years old, female operative.
A woman who serves as both the bodyguard and housekeeper for the Saint.
[Howard Hooker]
Male.
Ranked 6th among the Purge Knights.
The Knight is considered too kind by the Saint.
[Noah Lowe]
Male.
Ranked 8th among the Purge Knights.
The Knight is labeled a lazybones by the Saint.
