Suzu, who had somehow revived, stood with her staff raised, preparing her spell.
Her expression showed a tension she rarely displayed.
"Well then, enchanter Ryuuji. If you're going to tell me to back off, why not show me what you're capable of? Or are you just too lazy to even try?"
Dark Mage Ferron said this, his shadowed hand still raised, his shoulders shrugged in a nonchalant gesture.
"...Flame Arrow, pierce your target before me and burn, <Fire Arrow>!"
As expected, the flame arrow flew, but suddenly, a golden tentacle shot up from Ferron's feet, blocking it.
As I thought.
"...You're hiding it, aren't you? You've got it set up all around us. I can sense the high Magic Power."

His mocking smile was extremely infuriating, but I can't fall for his provocation.

Despite taking Suzu's signature heat magic head-on,Ferron remained still, his hand still raised towards Marie.
"Unscathed...? No..., has <Gungnir> vanished...?"
The laser clearly shot towards Ferron.
However, it seemed to dissipate right in front of him.
If it were a magic barrier like <Anti-Magic>, I would at least see the impact when it collided, but what does it mean that it disappeared?
"...forbidden magic of <Godslayer>"
Lene, sitting next to me, muttered this softly.
I felt a touch of sadness in her words.
"I see! It's the power of Evil God Abnella!"

Ferron showed a look of exasperation as if he were observing an incompetent apprentice.

A heavy thud echoed──
Guy's words cut off there.
