"Zeke, what's wrong?"
Turning around, I saw Sia standing there in human form.
Right, this kid can't handle alcohol and had gone to bed early, so it made sense she woke up sooner than the other dragons.
"Hmm, just a gut feeling."
"A gut feeling?"
"Something...I've got a bad vibe."
Just now, I briefly got in touch with Cino.
The voice was fragmented and hard to hear with noise in the background....
"Something about Cino...it felt like she was trying to tell me something."
"Are you worried?"
"...Yeah."
I could have dismissed it as my imagination.
But...I couldn't help but feel concerned.
"Sorry, Sia. I'm gonna head out first."
"What! You're leaving, back to the Demon Lord's realm?"
"Yeah. Tell Elron and the others I said goodbye."
"O-okay...but how will you get back?"
I stood at the edge of the floating island and jumped off easily.
"Whoa────! Zeke, be carefullll!"
"What's wrong, Sia?"
I stood in the air, looking up.
Sia, now in dragon form, rushed over to me.
'Wh-what!? Why are you flying in the sky!?'
"More like standing, really."
'How can you do that!?'
"God power, maybe?"
It seemed possible, and then it just happened.
Sia took a deep breath, sighing loudly.
'Come on, Sia will take you.'
"Ah, sorry. I'll walk."
'You're in a hurry, right?'
"Yeah, kinda."
'Then Sia will take you.'
Sia clung to my back.
Whoa...!
A flash of light occurred, and wings sprouted vigorously from my back.
'Sia is a a kid. That's why I can only make wings big. Sia become Zeke's wings!'
I see...Sia was going to become my wings and carry me back to the Demon Lord's realm.
"Thanks."
'Yep! To the demon country, let"s go!'
"Alright!"
And so, I decided to head back to the Demon Lord's realm ahead of everyone else, with Sia by my side.
