I've arrived at the Sky Fortress of the Dragon Kingdom.
It seems that something's wrong with the Divine Dragon King's wife, Lady Fire Dragon.
I'm heading to Lady Fire Dragon's quarters with Elron...
"Whoa! Watch out...!"
Lady Fire Dragon's quarters were inside Black Dragon Castle.
But as soon as I entered the room, I was hit by an intense wave of heat.
"Lady Fire Dragon... Could it be a Blaze Dragon?"
Lying in the back of the room was a dragon, its entire body engulfed in Fires.
A Blaze Dragon.
A dragon that's strong against fire──or rather, one made of fire.
"Wow! True to your reputation as a beast veterinarian, you're well-informed, Doc."
"Well... She looks like she's in pain."
Lady Fire Dragon is roaring and thrashing around, going "Gyiihaaaaaaa!"
Along with her mighty roar (even though she's not a male), waves of heat are spreading through the area.
I see, even if a regular doctor wanted to examine her, they'd die in this heat wave.
That's why they brought me here, I guess.
"Are you okay, Doc?"
"Yeah, leave it to me."
Without the power of the gods, I couldn't examine her without heat-resistant gear.
But... that's not the case now.
"Here I go."
I stride forward through the heat wave, zzzun zzzun.
The heat burns my skin, but then it's healed right away.
"Wh, what's happening, Doc!?"
"I'm just constantly using my healing ability, that's all."
Even if the heat damages my cells, my regenerative power is so strong that it instantly repairs them.
As a result, the damage is neutralized, and it's like I never took any damage at all.
"S, so amazing... as expected of you, Doc."
I approach Lady Fire Dragon through the heat wave.
Then, with a sly grin, I say,
"Hello, I'm the beast veterinarian Zeke Vetarinari. Mind if I take a look at you?"
