Randy nodded to the man who bowed his head, saying, "Is that so?"
It could indeed be said that Braubelg was still under the threat of the [Pilgrim of Truth].

Cory cheerfully greeted Harrison, who called out to a nearby knight, saying, "Please show them to their rooms immediately."

"Yeah. I'll drop by later, Cory."
Randy waved at Cory walking with Knight and turned to Harrison asking,
"So? How was Hartfield?"
"I guess it was good since they responded quickly."
Just as Harrison shrugged, it was said that compared to Waldner, there were no direct damages, yet a considerable number of people had been brainwashed.
"This new town might be a struggle."
"Well, the enemy is probably seizing the opportunity to infiltrate."
Randy returned Harrison's wry smile with one of his own.
They were set to create a new town and bring people in.
From the enemy's perspective, it was the perfect disguise.
Even if Victor's people could spot brainwashing, it would be difficult to discern the behavior of newcomers.
"What are you going to do?"
"Hmm. Well, we'll think about it as we go. Worst case, we can blast it away with Ellie's wide-range purification magic."

"For now, I'll leave Cory to you. I'll greet the Old man and then head to the new town."
Harrison scratched his head, responding, "Understood," as Randy patted him on the shoulder.
He originally wanted him to accompany as a driver, but after all, he was the deputy captain of the Knight Brigade.
From training the new recruits to dealing with the [Pilgrim of Truth], there would be plenty to do.
"How's Rita doing?"
Harrison tilted his head, and upon hearing her name, Rita looked at Randy.
"Rita will be keeping watch with Harrison."
"Well, but──"
Randy shook his head at Rita, who looked like she wanted to say something about taking care of Liz.
"This time, even though it was my junior, he's a guest. Sorry, Rita, but I want you to take care of Cory and Harrison."
"Do I have to as well?"
Harrison exclaimed in disbelief, and Randy nodded, saying, "Yes, you too."
"The knights' training, the liaison with Hartfield, and those fools of the [Pilgrim of Truth]. You're busier than you think."
Harrison tilted his head, pondering Randy's words with a "hmm."
"So, Rita, please keep an eye on him and make sure he takes breaks when he overworks himself."
"If that's the case..."
Rita nodded, flexing her muscles.
All things considered, the duo of Rita and Harrison worked well together.
Harrison listened to Rita without hesitation.
In fact, Harrison's importance in this territory was so high that someone capable of managing his schedule was essential.
"Rita, do your best."
Rita showed a smile and flexed her muscles again, responding, "Leave it to me."
"Well then, I'll leave the rest to you──"
Leaving Rita and Harrison behind, Randy and Liz passed through the mansion's door to meet Alan.
"Randy, was that on *purpose*?"
Randy averted his gaze, replying, "Who knows?" to Liz's smile.
He had told her to take care of Harrison for Rita, it seemed.
In response to Liz's questioning look, Randy simply smiled silently.
"Anyway, let's quickly greet my old man and head to the town. We want to arrive by today."
Liz smiled at Randy's change of topic, nodding, "Understood."
