The new hero party, with Zeke as their chosen hero, headed to the king's location alongside the Demon Lord.
The capital had already fallen, and the king was in an evacuation camp.
Zeke explained the situation to the king, accompanied by the Demon Lord and the paladin, Saint.
At the king's camp.
"Zeke, I'll give you your first task as a hero. Execute the Demon Lord...!"
Those were the first words out of the king's mouth.
Zeke frowned, and the Demon Lord hung his head in resignation.

The Demon Lord had already made up his mind to die the moment he entered enemy territory.
"You were a kind-hearted hero who respected us demons as individuals, not as expendable goods."
Zeke makes a holy sword appear in his hand.
"Come on! My hero! Kill the Demon Lord! And as the Savior who saved the world, bring prosperity to usss!"
He raised the holy sword, then...brought it down.
...but only to the King.
"...hoo?"
The king's clothes, beard, and hair.
Everything except the body was chopped up in an instant.
"Y-You Hero Zeke!? Wh-what are you doing...?"
"Shut up"
Zeke looks down at the king with anger burning in his eyes.
"I'm neither a hero nor a savior. ...I'm going to be the king of a new country where monsters live."
