Even though it's called D Streamer, registration is open to everyone! Just like regular, you can open your channel on Tube! All you have to do is set it up there.
So, I launched Yo!Tube on the computer in the room! I then proceeded to register my channel.

The requirements for the channel to be monetized are '1,000 subscribers.'
