Volume 3 Chapter 21 Joyful Scream
The day after the auction.
We gathered again as a group of 4 at Nurturer, sitting around the dining table.
This time, the menu was much more extravagant compared to before.
"Now, let's celebrate Fran's victory at the auction... Cheers!"
Saying that, we clinked our glasses together.
Well, since none of us can drink alcohol, we all had grape juice instead.
This meal was a celebration for Fran's impressive results at the auction and his victory over Brue.
We had promised to celebrate together if we got good results at the auction, so here we are now.
As I enjoyed the dishes I prepared myself, I turned to Fran again.
"I'm glad the auction went well. I mean, it was so exciting even from the back of the venue."
"That's all thanks to everyone, though."

I was impressed by Fran's unwavering humility when Cosmos, sipping her drink through a straw, asked Fran.
"Still, I can't believe it went for 15 million Flora. It's like winning the lottery. Have you decided what to do with it?"
"Of course, I want to share it with everyone who helped me... but you all don't want any, right?"
When asked that, we exchanged glances and nodded in agreement.
Right after the auction ended, we discussed what to do with the 15 million Flora, and we declared right away that we wouldn't accept it.
Of course, having money is great, and we would like to accept it if we could, but...
"That weapon was made and forged by Fran. At first, we helped out, but after that weapon and Fran's job class grew to a certain level, it was mostly Fran who worked hard."
"That's right! Mr. Fran, even though you were scared of monsters, you fought so hard and made that weapon grow to where it is now!"
We were just watching Fran fight towards the end.
I mean, Fran's weapon was so strong that we had no chance to intervene at all.
It felt really bad to receive the earnings from the Auction.
"But if everyone hadn't helped me, that 'Dragon Bone Red Sword' wouldn't have been completed. Plus, because Roezé was with me, I was able to get strong so quickly, right?"
"Well, yeah, that's true..."
Thanks to my 'Support' skill, Fran's job class as a 'Divine Artifact Craftsman' grew rapidly.
Because of that, he was able to acquire skills that helped in the growth of the Divine Artifact, and it definitely brought us closer to completing the Dragon Bone Red Sword.
However, all I really did was provide support magic and then just watched Fran fight from nearby.
I wonder how much value that really has.
It seems like Fran is trying to give us nearly half of the 15 million Flora, but I really don't think I did enough work to deserve that.
I do think Rose and Cosmos contributed a lot by defeating the Flying Dragon and quickly bringing back the materials, which is worth a few million Flora.
"Being a 'Nurturer' who can help someone grow is truly an amazing power. I think Roezé deserves to be recognized by even more people than I do."
"If we're talking about that, Fran's power as a Divine Artifact Craftsman was incredible too. I never expected Fran's sword to become that strong."
I knew there was something extraordinary about it, but I never thought it would turn into such a powerful weapon.

This is the last time I saw the Divine Revelation of the Dragonbone's Red Sword.

Asking for 2 weapons as a thank you for helping feels a bit too extravagant.
