Volume 7 Chapter 21 At The Goddess Holy Church
"Uggghhh...!!"
Elena lost her right arm.
Everything had gone according to plan. They had obtained the 'Water's Gem' and made it seem like S-class danger organizations from all over the world were working together.
It would have been best if they could have killed Elk, but in the end, Elena and Lily couldn't do it.
They retreated, and if they could just get back and figure out Elk's weakness, it would be over. The plan was perfect...
But at the very last moment, Elk's gun blew off Elena's right arm. Three people teleported: Elena, Lily, and Azazel.
Their destination was the headquarters of the Goddess Holy Church, specifically the underground teleportation site.
Elena clutched her arm and crouched down.
"Well, well, are you okay? Ah, I'll call a kid with medical skills, okay?"
Azazel said nonchalantly, still staring at the Water's Gem, and then casually walked away.
Lily looked at Elena with concern.
"Your arm... it's gone..."
"I got hit... I let my guard down at the very end."
Her arm was twisted off.
The problem was that it was Elena who got hurt.
"Ugh... I'm beat. I can't heal my own wounds, that's the weakness of my cheat skills..."
Just then, several people with medical skills, courtesy of the Demon King's powers, arrived.
They were all extremely skilled, but none of them had the ability to regrow limbs.
Even those who had received skills from Piasola and leveled up didn't have skills that could regrow arms.
Elena muttered while receiving treatment.
"Elk... I'll definitely pay you back for this."
Elena gritted her teeth.

Goddess Holy Church, deepest part of the underground.
Here, Azazel and Piasola were present.
Azazel handed the 'Water Gem' to Piasola. Piasola placed it on one of the pedestals set up in the 4 corners of the underground.
Once it was on the pedestal, the Water Gem began to shine blue.
"First one, installation complete... heh heh."
"Step one towards the ideal world, right?"
"Yeah. Thanks, Azazel. It must have been tough, huh?"
"Well, yeah. We lost most of the weak members, and in the end, Elena got hurt."
"Hurt?"
"Yeah. She got blown away by Elk. She's getting treated now."
"I see... I can't create a skill to regrow an arm. Well, at least she's not dead."
Piasola lost interest after that.
Then, she smiled while looking at the Water Gem placed on the pedestal.
"Three more to go..."
"So, where are we aiming next? The countries that have the rest are definitely on high alert, right?"
"Attacking 3 places at once might be impossible. The remaining members have their own tasks, and it might be hard to take the gems without my (our) priest class."
"Right. I'm strong enough, along with Hinagiku and Barocco, but the rest are all weak. We'd probably get overwhelmed by numbers."
"Yeah. Basically, Azazel and the others will support our priests. Also, we already decided on the next target. They keep insisting on fighting."
"...Who?"
Piasola shrugged and said.
"It's Takeru. So, the next destination is the 'Fire Gem' in Yamato country. Heh heh, I hope Takeru doesn't get too excited about coming home after a long time."
Yamato country.
A distant island nation in the far east. They aimed to target the 'Fire Gem' located there.
Then, Rapucel entered the room.
"Oh...!! This is the Water Gem... it's amazing!!!"
"Oh, Rapucel. Hehe, isn't it beautiful?"
"Yes, yes... it's wonderful."
Rapucel gazed at the Water Gem with a look of awe.
Then, as if remembering something, shesaid,
"Oh, I just received some information--I have to commend our enemies."
"Hmm? What is it?"
"The four S-class dangerous organizations have united under the name 'Adorazione,' which means 'those who worship the goddess.' It's quite a sensible name for an organization."
"Hmm, I like it! From now on, let's refer to this organization as 'Adorazione'!"
"Yes. Shall we pray to Goddess Pipina?"
Rapucel and Pipina began praying towards the Water Gem.
"Well, I think I'll take a break."
Azazel yawned widely and left the room.

"You're here."
Takeru crushed the die he held in his right hand.
"Hey, what are you doing!! That's the only die we have!!!"
Lolofaldo protested.
The two of them had been engrossed in a dice game.
Takeru's subordinate had brought him an order, and upon hearing it, Takeru had rejoiced and crushed the die. Lolofaldo picked up the broken die and asked,
"So, what is it?"
"It's my turn next... hehe, Elk, watch out."
"...Where are you going?"
"To Yamato Country. I'm going to get the Fire Gem."
"Hmm. Hey, is Elk coming to Yamato Country?"
"......Oh."
Takeru stopped, his face showing that he had just remembered something.
