Volume 5 Chapter 2 Teacher Sophia And The Cafeteria Mamma
Elk woke up in his new dorm room.
"Mm, mm... Ah, I slept well."
The new room is more than twice the size of the old one.
Maybe it's because it's a teacher's room. It has a desk and chair, a closet, a bookshelf, and even a sofa. Elk was satisfied with the room and used Telekinesis to pull a pitcher and a cup from the desk.
He drank some water, stretched widely, and opened the curtains.
Today is a holiday. And it's the day Nickes and the others are moving in.
"Alright. Time to change."
Elk changed his clothes.
Actually, today wasn't a holiday.
But after the incident at the martial arts tournament, the investigation team from the Galatinne Kingdom was checking the arena and looking for traces of magic to find out what happened.
There was nothing Elk could do about it; he had to leave it to the experts.
Elk got dressed and went downstairs... and then he smelled something nice.

"Oh, Miss Sophia."
Sophia greeted him, wearing a light sweater and a long skirt.
She had glasses on, and her serious expression made her look mature.
It was hard to believe she was the same person who had come out to the lounge completely n*ked yesterday.
"Um, did you cook, Miss Sophia?"
"No, I didn't. After I talked about you yesterday, she came to help."
Then, a very well-built woman came out of the kitchen.

Elk and Sophia sit in the cafeteria space of the lounge. Then, a lot of food is brought out.

Breakfast was the best meal Elk had ever tasted.

Elk was relaxing in the lounge with Sophia.
Sophia, sipping tea, asks Elk.
"Elk. Your friend is moving into the dorm today, right?"
"Yes."
"I see... then, I'll properly introduce myself in front of everyone later. I'm the supervising teacher, after all."

There's a knock on the dorm door, and it opens.
There stand Nickes, Merry, Emma, Gambo, and Fine.
All of them are carrying big bags.
"Hey, we made it!"
"Nice to meet you!"
"Mr. Elk, good morning!"
"...yeah."
"Wow, it's so big!!"
Everyone greets each other.
Then, Nickes looks at Sophia and straightens up.
Sophia steps forward and smiles brightly.
"Nice to meet you all. I'm Sophia, the supervising teacher of this dorm. Now, come inside. I'll show you to your rooms. Elk, can I leave the boys to you?"
"Yes, understood."
"Alright everyone, please come in."
Sophia guides the girls to their rooms with a very serious attitude.
It's hard to believe she was the one who came to the lounge completely n*ked from the big bath last night.
"Huh? By the way, where's Yato?"
"I don't know. She said she would come with us, but she didn't show up at the meeting place."
"Forget about her. Hey, let's check out the rooms."
"Yeah, the boys' dorm is this way."
They go up the stairs opposite the ones leading to the girls' dorm.
There are nameplates hanging on each room in the boys' dorm, and they head to the plates with Nickes and Gambo's names.
The two throw their bags into the room and come out right away.

The 3 head to the first floor. Then, they pass through the 'men's bath' curtain into the changing room.

Gambo was looking at a water heater.

When they left the bathhouse, the girls had gathered in the lounge.

Also, Mamma from the cafeteria was standing there with her arms crossed, smiling.
Sophia lightly clapped her hands. Naturally, everyone sat on the lounge sofa and focused on Sophia.

"I'm 19. I got my teaching qualification after graduating from the academy. I'm not really a teacher who can stand on the podium yet."
"Do you have a boyfriend?"

"Then what's your favorite food?"
"I don't have a particular favorite food. But if it's drinks, I like tea."

Fine kept pressing her with questions. Merry nudged her and said, "Stop it."
Sophia lightly cleared her throat.

Everyone, please explore the dungeons as adventurers and gain experience."

Elk nodded, Fine raised her hand cheerfully, Gambo smiled confidently, and Yato stayed silent.
Dungeon practice.
Elk had a bad feeling about it.
