Yato, Fine, and Merry were all completely immobilized.
Priest Balthazar, master of 'Ugly'.

Nickes looked at Fine.

Nickes was certain.

Nickes made up his mind.

In this moment, Nickes jumped to the side.

Sweating heavily, he pushed up his glasses and tapped his temple.
In this critical moment, risking his life──Nickes evolved his skill.

But this is it.
Nickes doesn't have the physical ability to use 'Prediction' in battle.
His way of using 'Prediction' is to forecast market trends and popular products. As a merchant, Nickes doesn't need combat power.
So──he entrusts it to his beloved sister.

Merry's hair stood on end, and from Full Body, purple lightning was released.

Gambo fell, and Yato, Fine, and Merry's bodies dropped heavily.

In an instant, Yato drew her sword and slashed repeatedly. Countless cuts appeared on Balthazar's body, tearing it apart.

Fine's powerful kick from 'Accel' and Gambo's fist, hardened in anger, struck Balthazar's face.
And then, in her underwear, Merry wrapped in purple lightning, readied her sword.
"Thunderbolt Sword, 'Thunder Dragon Cannon'!!"
The purple lightning turned into a dragon and wrapped around Balthazar.
"Abababa!?"
While getting shocked and suffering from full-body burns, Balthazar was blown away and slammed against the wall.
Thus, the 'Ugly' Balthazar was defeated───.
"Ugh... it hurts... ahh, I couldn't see the nice breasts..."

Balthazar, now completely charred, stood up.
Then, something strange happened right in front of Yato and the others.
Cracks appeared in his burnt skin, making a squishy sound as it 'broke'... and from inside, an unhurt Balthazar emerged.
"'Molting'... hehehe, I'm immortal. Hehehe."
"Ugh..."
Merry covered her mouth in disgust.
Balthazar had blue veins popping on his forehead.
"I'm a little angry now..."

"Hehehe. Hehe───... oh? Ahh, sorry, I have to go home."
But Balthazar quickly grinned again.
Then, making squishy sounds, he casually walked away.

The 5 of them stood there in shock for a while... then Nickes spoke up.
"W-were we saved...?"
"I don't know. Ugh... it hurts."
"Hey, are you okay!?"
Nickes took out a towel from his bag to wipe the sweat and started treating Gambo's wounds.
"Sorry about that."
"It's fine. Hey, are you guys okay... ohh."
"We're fine. Brother... thank you."
"Yeah, yeah. Nickes, that was amazing! Did you, like, evolve your skills?"

Gambo and Nickes looked away. Maybe thinking they were embarrassed, Merry chuckled and Fine teased them.
But then... Yato spoke up.
"You guys, hurry up and get dressed."
