●About the Barbarians
In this world, intelligent species that can communicate and live in society are mainly classified into 3 groups: Humans (sometimes called "people" or "human race"), Fairies (like Elves, Dwarves, Kobolds, Mermaids, etc.), and Barbarians (like Goblins, Orcs, Lizardmen, Ogres, etc.). This classification is made by humans. The species that are hostile to humans and cannot coexist with them are called Barbarians, while those that can coexist by separating their areas are called Fairies.
●Difference Between Magic Beasts and Regular Animals
Magic Beasts generally refer to creatures that are hostile to humans. Regular plants and animals, insects, amphibians, and reptiles are usually timid and will not attack humans unless they are hungry, protecting their young, or defending their territory. However, Magic Beasts are different. They are often aggressive and have special skills to attack humans, and some even use magic. Among the undead, there are non-humanoid beings like Dragon Zombies, but these are classified as undead and are not called Magic Beasts.
●About Magic Stones
In the main story, it hasn't appeared yet, but please understand it as something like a battery for using magical tools. Basically, it's a mineral that comes from mines. You can imagine it like crystal. In Minecraft terms, it would be like lapis lazuli (lol). The existence of mines in the Margrave Rain territory is not known. Also, it seems that in ancient times, there was technology to artificially create magic stones, and in ancient ruins, both natural magic stones and matching artificial magic stones can sometimes be found.
