Volume 6 Chapter 22 Escape Drama
Toxy's movements were swift.
First, she rubbed her calling ring and shouted, "Wade! Fist of the Dragon is here! Hurry up and come immediately!" Upon hearing the response, "Yeah! I'm on it!" he said, "Sandra! Please!"
Sandra placed her hand on Toxy's waist, firmly held her, and chanted a magic.
"Thunder Speed."
Everything she touched transformed into lightning and raced at lightning speed.
They headed towards the direction of the forest. In Toxy's sea of poison, there was a forest that had rotted and melted into a gooey mess. It was a place they would never want to go under normal circumstances, but it was the perfect escape route.
They raced through, soaring through the air as lightning. Toxy left the direction to Sandra and turned her back. Fist of the Dragon followed the two and stared at them intently as they fled.
"But... he won't catch up, right?"
Or rather, it should be quite difficult to chase them with just his gaze. Sandra's recent lightning speed was practically teleportation.

Fist of the Dragon disappeared. Just a moment later, the ground beneath him cracked open widely. The sound of wind could be heard. Sandra's panting voice could be heard, and Toxy turned around to face the front.
Fist of the Dragon stood before them, its eyes fixed on them.
"Is that lightning-fast magic? How annoying. I'll strip you away."
The words had barely left his lips when Sandra, with Toxy's arm wrapped around her, stepped forward, her aura of thunder wrapped around her.
In an instant, the two were stripped bare. The two people's nak*dness were revealed. Suddenly, the two of them shouted.
"Hydra!"
"'Indra'!"
Toxy, with her immortal body, slowed down the collision with the ground at an incredible speed. Sandra, under unconscious control, landed smoothly and approached Fist of the Dragon.
And then the two of them faced Fist of the Dragon. An enemy that was impossible to escape. The leader of the enemy army.
Fist of the Dragon, Sieg.
"Ouch, ouch... Are you okay, Sandra?"
"I'm fine. Toxy, your leg is broken. Ah, it's healed."

Fist of the Dragon looked at the two people, who were trembling with anxiety, as if waiting for something.
"You two are members of the Slow party. You're Toxy, the 'Poison Sea', and Sandra, the 'Lightning'."

"Wade's nickname is 'Slow'? How?"

That's when Sandra's lightning struck, heading straight for Fist of the Dragon.

There, Ice's snowman also merged. Fist of the Dragon's feet froze solid. The freezing spread throughout the body from there.
Fist of the Dragon reacted. Against the attack from behind, he flipped and swung his fist, then released it.
And Toxy saw an incomprehensible scene.
The lightning struck, and Fist of the Dragon's fist met it, scattering it. The electric attack clashed with Fist of the Dragon's fist and won.
With just one movement, the frozen feet thawed, releasing the freeze.
But Toxy took this as an opportunity. Since Fist of the Dragon showed his back, Toxy attacked from behind, and all 9 heads of Hydran converged on Fist of the Dragon's back.
The voice of the Fist of the Dragon fell in the mowed down forest.
"Your coordination is good."
Fist of the Dragon turned around and easily grabbed one of Hydra's phantoms.
"But even so, it's not reaching my reaction speed."
Hydra's neck was pulled hard. Toxy tried to cut off the neck, but didn't make it in time.
Toxy was pulled by Fist of the Dragon and pierced in the abdomen with a fist.

"You're immortal, aren't you? Then it's best to kill you to the extent that you don't die. Immortals are stronger once they get used to dying."
Fist of the Dragon's thick arm was pulled out of Toxy's abdomen. Toxy collapsed, her organs spilling out. Her head was also in turmoil.

Feeling the presence of lightning, Toxy looked up. In the sky, a dark black cloud was hanging down. Sandra's voice was heard from nowhere.
""For Toxy's sake, I'll return it."
The thunderbolt struck, pouring down on Fist of the Dragon.
The lightning strikes the sky with even more intense and raging force than before. Toxy closed her eyes involuntarily because of the brightness. The sound of thunder came from the direction of Fist of the Dragon over and over again, even blocking his ears.
After several tens of seconds, the continuous sound ended. Toxy opened his eyes and saw Fist of the Dragon standing there. Completely charred, standing upright.
"...Sandra, I can't believe it, did we win...?"
"..."
Sandra is breathing nearby. Toxy somehow confirmed the healing of the pierced abdominal wound and strained her body to sit up.
And then she realizes.
Fist of the Dragon is grabbing Sandra's neck and lifting her up.

"...Both of you are promising for the future. To be like this at your age. You might become stronger than me."
Fist of the Dragon quivered. Then, black, charred skin-like things fell apart all over his body.
Each time one of them fell, frost spread across the ground. Ice was also attacking Fist of the Dragon, along with Sandra.
But Fist of the Dragon was unscathed. With just a thin layer of skin, he had blocked Sandra and Ice's strongest attacks.
"...Monster..."
Toxy's mouth was whispering. Toxy, Sandra, and Ice had all reached a state that ordinary people could never achieve. Yet, they were being crushed so one-sidedly.
Sandra was thrown away. Sandra fell onto the ground beside Toxy, repeatedly getting up and falling down.
"Within the storm, I was relentlessly chased. You're fast, so fast. In just a few tens of seconds, my concentration broke."
Sandra was talking with a lot of effort. Wade, who supports Sandra's chakra, has a fundamental human ability. Normally, it would last for a very long time, just like what she used to say.

Toxy's question made Fist of the Dragon laugh.

The ground began to tremble.
The earth was scattered with incredible force. On the other side of the Fist of the Dragon, the person the girls had been waiting for was standing there.
The party leader from their group took a step forward.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, both of you! Clay will be here soon. You two, make a run for it. I'll make the most of that time."
"Wade!" "I've been waiting!" "Kippi!"
Wade wraps the Crystalline Sword around him, and threatens with the Fist of the Dragon. The Fist of the Dragon just smiled quietly.
